Hi :) I think a contest is a wonderful idea, and also a way for me to get off my ass to make something XD I was just wondering if - since I'm not american, and I have yet to see graham crackers in the stores up here - I can use digestive biscuits instead since wikipedia lists it as an equivalent to the graham crackers?

CAKE OFF BAKE OFF CONTEST
This is going to be a Cake contest. This is the first baking contest I am doing so I tried to think of a fair way to judge the winner even though I can’t taste your yummy treats so here are the rules and here is how I shall judge who wins.
RULE 1:
You must actually bake this cake. You have to post a picture/photoset of the following 4 steps

Before you bake your cake

The Final Product
-
You and/or your friends EATING your yummy creation.
OR you can post a video of the process and you eating your cake =)
RULE 2
Your cake recipe must include ONE or more of the following ingredients to qualify to win

Graham Crackers

Oreos

Peanut Butter

Pineapple

You need to post your recipe

You must submit your entry no later then Midnight on Sunday September 25th. That gives you exactly two weeks to bake and submit your cake.
